WHAT INFORMATION WILL I NEED?

Our online secure questionnaire covers areas such as your total income, taxes paid and expenses.

If you receive rental income from a property in Australia, our questionnaire will cover this too.

Here’s a helpful list of documents to have to hand:

  • Prior year tax return and Notice of Assessment (if available)
  • PAYG Payment Summary, Employee Share Scheme Statement
  • Interest income summary from bank(s), brokerage statement, rental income/expense tatements
  • Gift or donation receipts
  • Private Health Insurance tax rebate statements
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?

You can pay before or after completing our online questionnaire.

Please select the most appropriate service type from our pricing page and click “Pay now”.

Fees are charged in Australian dollars.

We do not charge GST.

We accept all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards.

HOW DO YOU KEEP MY DATA SAFE?

The security of your personal and private information is our top priority.

Your information is collected via our fully secure (SSL) HTTPS online questionnaire.

Once your questionnaire has been submitted, it is removed from the first secure server and moved to your Citrix ShareFile Secure Tax Folder.

If you also upload information to your Secure Tax Folder, this cloud storage service is provided by Citrix, one of the leading secure storage facilities available today.

We use Wolters Kluwer, the worlds leading tax preparation software to prepare your tax returns for total accuracy, compliance and storage security.

When we submit your tax returns to the ATO, this is also carried out in a completely secure environment.

Online payments are secured by Stripe, one of the worlds largest online credit card processing facilities. Stripe transact and protect millions of online transactions everyday.

To this day, we have never experienced a personal data breach.
